Electric Boiler Classification

Electric boiler is a kind of boiler equipment which uses electricity as energy, uses resistance heating or electromagnetic induction heating, heats the heat medium water or organic heat carrier (heat transfer oil) to a certain parameter (temperature, pressure) through the heat exchange part of the boiler, and outputs steam, high temperature water or organic heat carrier with certain heat energy to the outside.

The heating methods of electric boilers include electromagnetic induction heating and resistance (electric heating tube) PTC ceramic semiconductor heating methods. Resistance heating methods are further divided into stainless steel heating tube electric boilers and ceramic heating tube electric boilers. The tubular electric heating element is heated, and the semi-conductor type hydroelectricity completely separates the oxide semiconductor ceramic sheet.

On the market, there are various types of electric boilers of various brands, including electric hot water boilers and electric steam boilers. Electric hot water boilers are divided into two types: direct heating electric boilers and regenerative electric boilers. There is not much explanation for direct heating electric boilers. The regenerative electric boiler is equipped with a hot water storage tank and ancillary equipment to form a regenerative electric boiler system. Electric steam boilers refer to steam boilers that use power to heat and generate rated pressure. Electric steam boilers can be used for the steam required for the processing of textiles, printing and dyeing, papermaking, food, rubber, plastics, chemicals, medicine, steel, metallurgy and other industrial products. It can also be used for heating, bathing, air conditioning and domestic hot water in service industries such as enterprises, institutions, hotels, schools, and catering.

The electric boiler body is mainly composed of electric boiler steel shell, computer control system, low-voltage electrical system, electric heating pipe, water inlet and outlet pipes and testing instruments. Electric boilers have fast heating, high thermal efficiency, small size, no noise, modular heating, energy saving, easy to stack and combine in structure, flexible control, higher safety factor, and convenient installation, maintenance and replacement.
