The burner is divided into three types according to the operation mode: single-stage fire burner, two (double) stage fire burner, proportional adjustment burner.
1-Single stage burner
The single-stage fire burner is as big as the ignition, and the size of the fire flame will not change, only two states of start and stop. Single-stage burners are used in heating industries where the control temperature or pressure requirements are not high, and the allowable temperature or pressure error is relatively large. Generally, burners with a power below 600KW (500,000 kcal) are mostly single-stage burners.
2-Double stage burner
The working mode of the dual-stage burner is small fire-large fire, the small fire is ignited first, and the small fire is stabilized and then the large fire is ignited. That is, the burner has two working points, that is, it can work in one stage of fire (small fire), or it can work in two stages of fire (big fire). There are three states: large fire, small fire, and stop to heat up. The dual-stage fire is used in the heating industry where the temperature or pressure control requirements are high and the temperature error is allowed to be 10°-20°. Burners with a power greater than 600KW (500,000 kcal) are mostly dual-stage burners.
3-Proportional adjustment burner
The proportional adjustment burner also ignites a small fire first, and then operates according to the required proportion. This kind of burner has infinite working points, and the fire power and flame size can be converted at any point within the power range, which is equivalent to having countless gears. The proportional control burner has extremely precise temperature and pressure control, and is almost in a stable state. For example, if the temperature is set to 100°, the proportional control burner will always be within 100 degrees plus or minus 1° (99° or 101°) range, adjust the fire power of the burner.
Proportional adjustment burners are further divided into mechanical proportional adjustment and electronic proportional adjustment. The mechanical proportional adjustment burner is driven by a servo motor to drive the mechanical connecting rod to control the fuel and air flow; the electronic proportional adjustment burner has two private servers, and independent servo motors control the flow of fuel and air.
Now the low nitrogen 30 mg burners required by the government are all electronic proportional adjustment burners.
